Ayurvedic therapies, are for a known fact time tested. The fact that it is a multidisciplinary science specializing even in toxicology and gynecology is a shock to many. Post-natal Ayurveda rituals are a norm in many parts of India and has been gaining all the more popularity this Millenia.
