The Real “Secret” of Manifestation – 3 Essentials
Your consciousness defines your reality. The mind is like a mirror,
always reflecting what you see. Your desire to enhance your life is
inborn. This inclination is shaping and creating your life.
1. Yoga is the greatest tool to become aware of and give you insights
into self-awareness and transformation. Breath connected to movement and
reflecting on your insights during practice will give you clear access
to your internal wisdom. The law of attraction is not a magic wand. We
all have layers of personal landscapes with life stories, limiting
beliefs and fears. Yoga is a positive, daily practice that brings
balance so that you can manifest from a place of inspired action which
helps you pay attention to what you focus on. Pranayama (breathing from
the belly, not the chest) activates the parasympathetic nervous system,
which also produces a sense of contentment. This, along with meditation
(or simply an extended Savasana – not the 5 minutes that some yoga
studios rush you through) helps you calm our monkey mind we were all
born with. Meditation allows you to enter the deepest reservoir of
silence within you and access your intuition. When you surrender into
silence you dwell in a place of timelessness and limitlessness. This
keen awareness through self-inquiry creates the most vigilant
recognition of your mind, which enhances your manifesting abilities. The
secret is to look inward, not outside, for all your answers. Journaling
with time for reflection and assessment, stream of consciousness writing
and other forms of movement also are simple and effective ways to raise
your vibration.
problematic. Why? Because I have witnessed and experienced problems
around thinking that whatever you desire and want to manifest, no matter
how big or small, will just fall into your lap because you “desired” it.
They key is to consciously match the energetic vibration of what you
want and then take actionable steps towards that. The universe responds
to action, no matter how small. For example: Simply showing up, again
and again, on your yoga mat will bring greater and greater strength,
flexibility and wellness. Yes, we are human beings, not human doings.
You are perfect just as you are, but living the authentic you – the best
you possible – is the energetic, vibrant and positive aspect of being
human. Action is the key. What action does is remove negative energy for
those that are challenged with life-changing situations where being
stuck is the “story” that they buy into and sit in. We are responsible
for shaping our experience, moment-to-moment. The higher you can raise
your energetic vibration to powerfully live in joy, appreciation and
love those “impossible” things become possible – or maybe more
importantly – something even more amazing than you could have even
conceived happens.
3. Last, but not least, on this simple list is the idea that you would
greatly benefit if you learn how to and practice letting go of
attachment to desired outcomes. Attachment is based on fear, and
non-attachment is based on trust and love. Always choose love. When you
learn to tap into and cultivate a deep connection to your internal self
you will trust that everything is unfolding for you just as it should.
There is great peace in simply embracing the moment, just as it is.
Learn to recognize and make peace with the voice that is the witness to
your experience. You are not your patterns and behaviors you are the
witness to that. That witness is pure light and love, pure awareness.
When you relax into the awareness that you, simply as you are, with zero
attachment to “making stuff happen immediately” visualize yourself
already having what you desire. Step into it like it’s already yours.
The secret is to FEEL it with your very being, not just think it. I have
found it helpful to physically place my hands on my heart with my eyes
closed to feel what I am manifesting. Breathe. Suffering comes from
wishing this moment is anything other than what it is. Experience peace
and joy from being in the moment. Enhance your life by being true to
yourself with goals, dreams, desires and aspirations to be the most
authentic and healthy you, but true peace comes when you recognize that
everything is perfect just as it is, especially you.
