While many yoga enthusiasts know the path to finding balance on the mat is practice and patience, how does one find balance off the mat in their daily life?
What does it take to truly find balance in today’s busy and demanding world?

Candice is a Certified Health/Life & Master Transformation Coach, former Certified Medical Assistant and an Air Force Veteran. Implementing a holistic/alternative health approach, she overcame the adversity of childhood abuse & trauma, and is a 2x suicide survivor. She has overcome own health struggles of multiple autoimmune illnesses and debilitating fibromyalgia, and narcissistic abuse.
