The Desire Map

From frustrated to liberated! The question that changed my life.
We have the procedures of achievement upside down. Generally, we come up with our to-do lists, our bucket lists, and our weekly schedules — all the stuff we want to have, get, accomplish, and experience outside of ourselves. All of those aspirations are being driven by an innate desire to feel a certain way.
How do you want to feel?
How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning? How do you want to feel when you go to sleep at night? How do you want to feel when you come home from work? How do you want to feel when you look at your bank account? How do you want to feel when you kiss your love? How do you want to feel when you look at yourself in the mirror? How do you want to feel in your body right now?
These are the liberating questions that I never even knew I could ask myself. I knew that I wanted to feel good, but I didn’t know how to get there. I also knew that things needed to change in my life. I felt lost. Like no one knew what I was feeling. Like I was going through these things on my own.
My life wasn’t great. I had an okay job, a place to live, enough money to put food on the table, but something just wasn’t quite adding up. I felt like something was missing from my life. Purpose, direction, a plan. I needed guidance of some sort. I knew that there had to be more to my life than this and that what I was doing was not going to get me there. I didn’t know where to begin.
Enter The Desire Map, the book that changed my life. The Desire Map is a holistic approach to planning and living your life based on how you want to feel. It’s all about creating goals with soul. Getting to the heart of how you want to feel in every area of your life so that you can ultimately create and live the life of your dreams. The Desire Map process gets you out of your head and into your body. You discover your Core Desired Feelings. Making the journey feel the way that you want the destination to feel.
